What is Digital De-Stressing?
What tools can you use?
How can they help calm and reset your overstressed nervous system?
I created 5 minute audio files of bird song, quiet neighbourhood sounds and bamboo blowing in the wind to help your nervous system calm, relax and reset, gently moving you out of fight of flight mode. These gentle background sounds can help you reset your circadian rhythm, help you to feel safe in your space, and reconnect you back to nature. All audio files were recorded in my backyard in beautiful Comox on Vancouver Island, British Columbia, Canada.

What is Digital De-stressing?
This is going to be the biggest health challenge of the next 7 years April 25, 2026 - May 2033
Coaches, energy workers and health providers may already be helping clients with these issues, but they will get 10 fold worse in the next 7 years!
Overstimulation kicked up a knotch:The constant flow of information with Uranus in Gemini may lead to sensory overload, requiring new strategies for mental health and "digital de-stressing" (unplugging). This will require people to actually turn off their electronics and WIFI, or even go to places where there are no wifi signals!
Digitalde-stressing refers to intentional, proactive strategies aimed at reducing the psychological strain, anxiety, and mental fatigue caused by excessive, constant, or inappropriate use of technology and digital communication tools.
People in the next 7 years having to be in constant discernment mode with the increase in fake news and propaganda news that will be flood everything we see, hear and read. People will feel completely drained not knowing who or what to trust!
Social Comparison/Approval Anxiety: Nervousness about how others react to posts and the tendency to compare one’s life with curated online content or propaganda, will only get more challenging over the next 7 years.The AI Age will blur work-life boundaries even more then they already are. People will face the inability to disconnect from work-related digital communication, especially if they work remotely. The new generation will come to rely on AI so much, that it may stop actual skill learning in the workplace.
Physical Symptoms: Eye strain, dry eyes, headaches, and "text neck" (neck/back pain) from excessive screen time and digestion issues from feeling uneasy over all the "fake" info out in the world.
They younger generation is already facing these problems since Uranus went into Gemini April 23! Soon everyone will need help!

Robins Singing - a great way to calmly start your day!
Did you know that birds only sing when they feel safe and that when humans hear birds singing, their nervous system also feels safe? This almost 5 minute audio recording is from my backyard in beautiful Comox, British Columbia, Canada on Vancouver Island. Robins Singing recording is a wonderful way to start your day by telling your nervous system it is safe and you can start your day calmly and gently, not in fight or flight mode.
This nervous system reset will help you to feel calmer, more grounded and set you up to face your day in a peaceful frame of mind. This is a great background sound when you are working and will even help your children's nervous systems when they come home from school and need to unwind. It is calming background noise for the whole family and makes people feel more at ease then having the TV on.
